I have been there.
I don't know your story, but I can tell you I have sat in the quicksand of motherhood, looking back over my birth experience and feeling things I didn't understand.
& I have sat with countless mothers in this same place.
No matter how birth unfolds, no matter what it looks like from the outside, sometimes we just need someone to hold space for us and help us bring things into focus, maybe rewrite the narrative, maybe listen as we shuffle through the details.
I bring skills in Deep Transformational Coaching, Doula work, Womens Circle Facilitation, and Hypnotherapy. I have a grounded understanding of faith and spirituality, and know the powerful simplicity of holding space.
I have not walked in your shoes, but I can walk beside you, and shine a light on where you've been, and help you find your way to where you want to be.
